First Birthday Cake

Anthony’s first birthday is coming all too soon! So I started searching online for the ooo so fun baby’s first cake!! I’m trying not to be an obsessive mom and not spazz over the foods he eats but I can’t help it. I want him to have an established good diet before junk gets introduced. Especially in this day and age of obesity. And since some people feel the way to show affection is to feed you I want him to go for the healthier choices not the sugary ones. I hope!
So I’ve gone on a search for a cake recipe that has little to no sugar and preferably will allow wheat flour or something along those lines. In that vein I’ve found a few sites so far that I thought I’d share just in case others share my views.
