I just found out that Petunia Pickle Bottom has a PPB outlet store and currently has a wonderful sale going on, which includes discontinued classics and certified seconds. I’m torn on which bag to go with since I now have #2 on the way so will be loaded down with lots of stuff. My favorite pattern is Raspberry Fields and it is sooo tempting to purchase both the Touring Tote and the Shoulder Bag.
Keep in mind the holidays are coming and we deserve something special too.
Get it on the steals now girls! And bonus, we will be doing a world of good since profits from the sales go to the Leukemia Foundation.

Anthony hit the big 1-5 months on the 19th and went in for his ped appointment last week. No shots since I declined them in interest of keeping a happy boy for Thanksgiving festivities. Reminder to self - bring him in for shots next week
Amazingly he only gained a whopping 6 ounces and not much in height either. 29 1/2 inches tall now. I fear he will not be on the overly tall side. But as long as he is healthy that is all I ask!

If ginger isn’t working for you (can be found at whole food stores) there are also some natural preggie pops that you can try. They have them at Babies R Us (in a 3-pk), some grocery stores and Richards. There are a few on the market but the girls at my work out class swore by them being fantastic for nausea. Here’s a link - http://www.threelollies.com/.

Here’s a link to some Target coupons for bigger kid toys and electronics. Unfortunately I don’t think any of them will work for Anthony but that’s no reason not to help save someone else a dime!
Happy Shopping

Big Lots has the Baby Trend Diaper Champ for $18 (good until Nov. 3) and with the extra-strength stinky poopies Anthony has been doing lately I am really hoping to make it over there. Not to mention with another one on the way it reallllllly seems like a good idea if those gas-mask poopies don’t persuade me enough. lol TRU or Target normally has them for $29.99 so it really is a steal.
The best part about the diaper champ if you can use any type of bag in them and don’t have to get *special* ones like you do with the Diaper Genie. Double score!

There is a great coupon for 50% off one item (listed on the coupon itself) that was in last Sunday’s flier. Of course, it was the one and only Sunday that I didn’t walk up and get the paper. I was too busy trying to get to the pumpkin festival
I was chatting with my mom last night and she actually had the flier still so I met up with her today and got it. Thanks Mom!!
My goal is to get Anthony a xylophone ($8) and the Craftsman First Tool Bench Set ($39) and use the coupon on the tool bench.
Nick got a boat from the club for tomorrow morning @ 9a so it’ll take some fancy footwork to get to Kmart first but trust me it will be done! I’m getting my boy a tool bench for Christmas

We went down to the North Port community event that Anthony’s Aunt Kat was in charge of and had a great time. There were sooooo many adorable costumes you just wanted to melt. This one little boy was dressed as a turtle complete with little turtle feet! Obviously the costume judges agreed with me on how cute he was since the turtle won 1st prize.
Anthony was, of course, a peanut and cute as could be. He loved running around and seeing what the other kids were up too. We had a few incidents with some older boys (4-5 yo) trying to steal his toy or pushing him but Ant didn’t get upset so that was a relief. The bullies moms were on top of them and kept intervening so I didn’t have to cause a scene either. Although, if you know your child is like that why bring them to that type of event? I mean why pick on a 14 mo old?
Baby boy napped on the trip home and then played around home until we went out trick or treating that night. He was actually excited to put his costume back on! Now that was something I never thought I would see. We hit a few houses and he had no concept on what was going on but everyone was very nice and thought he was adorable. Then a quick bath and off to nite-nite he went. And bless them, the dogs didn’t wake him up once.
