Well…. I’m still stroller shopping! I think it’s worse than buying a house. LOL. I just found a great deal on the brand new P&T’s Sport with toddler seat though. Let’s go Strolling is offering it for $399 with the toddler seat attachment (normally $89) so that’s a significant savings. One of my girlfriend’s has an older model and says it works great for her and that she just “test drove” the latest Sport model and loves it. She took her son and a girlfriend’s son on a couple mile hike through Myakka and both kids had a blast and there were no complaints from either of them! (They are around 15 mo if that helps anyone.)

I think this may work great for us since Anthony is in a walking stage right now but he’ll still get to ride if he wants. And since he’ll only be 22 months with #2 shows up he’ll need to ride more than walk, even if he disagrees with me. AND I can get it in RED! That it my favorite color even though lime is rather tempting. I just think I would get sick of that shade sooner than I would of the stroller.

Toy Wrestler Figures made by A.A. of America Inc., of East Brunswick, N.J. has been recalled because surface paint contains high levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard. The recalled toy is a package of four action figures. Each figure is about 5 3/4 inches high. The UPC number 604111230003 is printed on the product’s packaging. Sold at: Dollar stores and discount stores nationwide from January 2007 through December 2007 for about $1.

Consumers should take the toy away from children immediately and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. Apparently I’m late to the game but I hit Old Navy today for their 75% sale and scored some great deals! I got Nick a couple of nice lightweight thermal shirts for $6, some maternity jeans and tees for myself and a huge mother load of socks for Anthony, in addition to some other stuff. I mean who could pass up socks for a whopping 24 cents each! Especially if they are anything like my kid that has a sock fetish and has been known to hide them on you so you are left with a bunch of unmatched socks. I even bought him his PJs for next Christmas already for $4.

I’m even thinking of hitting another store tomorrow to see what I can score there, especially since the sale ends then! So pack up the kids and head on out if you haven’t already! As usual they have a huge selection of girls clothing and a not so impressive section of boys but if look you can still get some good stuff!
