Skiphop seems to be moving out their saddle bags for the unbelievable price of $14.99 (normally $28)! Not sure if they are revamping the line, bringing in Spring colors or what the deal is but if you want one head on over! When they are gone – they are gone, while supplies last sort of thing… Shipping seems to be a flat rate of $8.60 UPS Ground.
I’m going to get 2 in Chocolate to try out on my red P&T Sport. I figure it’ll be handy when there are 2 riders.
I did a quick search but wasn’t able to find any working coupons to sweeten the pot any, but this is such a steal I’ll have to forgive the net for letting me down

If this post doesn’t inspire fear, awe and well… a desire to ensure your teenager doesn’t have sex (or at least unprotected sex) nothing will!
A 16-year-old Argentinian girl just gave birth to triplet girls – a whopping year after giving birth to… triplet girls! A year before that, she had her first baby, a boy, at 14 years old. 14!! Where are this girl’s parents??? She is now a 16-year-old mother of SEVEN!
BBC News reports that the girl’s family receives help from the provincial authorities since giving birth to the first trio, and her mother plans to hit them up again. Maybe her Mom should be looking into birth control since it doesn’t seem the teen anyone in the family is aware of it.
We would love to show that family’s home movies to every teenager in our vicinity! That’s sure to make them think long and hard before having sex (or at least I can hope…I remember the attitude of “it can’t happen to me”). Seven kids under 2 is traumatizing for even the strongest of mothers.
Maybe she can get her own show like the Jon & Kate + 8 on TLC instead of applying for more “help” from the authorities and sponging off her mom, who cleans houses to keep a roof of her and her rapidly expanding families’ heads. Only help I would give this girl is a video on how to keep herself out of the sack. The article doesn’t state if all the kids are from the same father or not but it would be interesting to know.

The Semi-Annual Britax Sale starts tonight (Saturday) at Midnight at babyonthegoathome.com. All in-stock seats will be 20% off. They also offer free shipping on orders over $100. I did a quick search on Google for a coupon code but couldn’t find one so y’all will just have to settle for saving 20% w/ free s/h.
I have a Britax Roundabout in Sea Mist (or is it sea foam…) and absolutely LOVE it. Anthony falls asleep in it, finally enjoys riding in the car and looks very comfortable and I love that it uses the LATCH system. In fact, this seat will be going to his younger brother when he born and Anthony will be moving up to a Marathon. I may just take advantage of this sale!

Who would have thunk it…if you are carrying cloth diapers the needs are totally different than disposable diapers. I know, shame on me for assuming the bag needs would be the same. Several bags have popped up recently that would work wonderfully though and I had to share them with you! Remember you’ll need a wet (or ditty) bag and plenty of space since cloth takes up more room. A spare change of clothes may be necessary too.
One such bag suggested was the Sherpani Lena, which is conveniently on sale at eBags right now for $49.49. It is a messenger-style bag and comes in solid colors so Dad can carry it too!
“…The Lena diaper bag features a wet storage pocket and floral diaper changing pad to make baby care on the go a breeze. Plus, the secure buckle closure, yoga mat straps and water bottle holder make this a great yoga or gym bag for you when your baby’s outgrown her diapers.” Shop Sherpani Sale items at eBags.com
Other bags discussed that Dads were willing to carry too are Timbuk2, which I must admit are really appealing, especially to the younger-hip crowd, and the Dadgear bags. It, of course, goes without saying that dad’s will like those! The Dadgear messenger bags average $82 and the Timbuk2 messenger bags start around $100. I did a quick search on Google and didn’t yield any coupons for y’all so those prices are it.

Ramblings
Anthony has had a whirlwind past several weeks with family. Uncle Richie was down from NY for about a week and a half and the two of them had a BLAST together. He even got Anthony a beta fish for Valentine’s Day. Luckily I haven’t killed the thing yet. Actually Fred (the fish) is a very nice addition to our family and makes us all happier people.
And now Aunt Dawn is down and already spoiling him. She brought him a late birthday AND Christmas present. Very cool stuff indeed. Some shirts for his birthday (all with the cutest sayings on them) and a Nemo bubble blower for Christmas.
I’ll try to post some pics later on.

Ok, so normally I don’t really care for a lot of prints but I must admit it is soooo hard to resist these bags. I’m hoping another co-op deal can be had through the Yahoo group so I can get my hands on one of these. They also are now offering pouch slings (baby carriers) in addition to the bags and blankets of before. A couple patterns are exclusive to Nordstrom’s also. Say it with me girls – droool! Medical
We went for Anthony’s 18 mo old well visit yesterday, and everything is progressing wonderfully. He is only in the 25% percentile for height but the doctor seemed unconcerned, and really so am I. We really aren’t all that tall so I didn’t expect him to be. Granted there is always the off chance he gets my grandpa’s height (6′) in addition to those baby blues, but I think it would have already shown itself if it were going to happen.
Since his 15 mo appt he has gained a little over a pound to reach a whopping 24 lb 9 oz and is 31″ tall. I’m supposed to take him over to the health department to get his shots but have been procrastinating doing it but I suppose I’ll need to do it soon. I also asked the Doc about his herniated bellybutton and his constant picking at it and he said it was nothing to worry about. The hole is small and will continue healing (fusing?) and just do my best to keep his fingers out of there. Of course, that is easier said than done! I’ve taken to putting onesies on him to give his belly button a break since he drills at it nonstop some days.
